Jereme Baker, Attorney at Law & Managing CEO
Jereme Baker, an expert attorney in Denver CO, exemplifies his passion for helping others with his legal experience. Jereme earned his J.D. Degree from the University of Colorado. He gained valuable federal court experience when he externed for Chief Judge Wiley Daniel at the U.S. District Court, District of Colorado.
Jereme also volunteered as legal counsel for the Flatirons Habitat for Humanity. After law school, Jereme clerked for the Boulder County Housing Authority, Department of Health and Human Services. After successfully completing the bar exam, Jereme soon gained significant trial experience when he served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office.
Jereme is active in a number of organizations including the Sam Cary Bar Association, and the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association. He also volunteers at Manual High School as an assistant football coach, and tutors elementary age kids. Jereme firmly believes in treating every client with patience, respect and integrity.
Jereme has two young boys. He loves taking them camping, hiking, and fishing and watching them grow up.

Brian Petz, Associate Attorney
Brian Petz, an attorney in the Denver metro area and surrounding communities, is passionate about helping families and their loved ones through what can be very emotional and trying experiences.
Originally from Clearwater, Florida, Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Philosophy from Florida State University (2012). Brian earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado, graduating in the top third of his class, and was admitted to the practice of law in Colorado in 2015.
While earning his Juris Doctor, Brian focused on business law, taxation, Wills, Trusts, and Estates, in addition to working as a research assistant in the area of privacy and technology.
Brian joined the Baker Law Group in 2014 as a law clerk and is now an associate at the firm. He is a member of the Colorado, Arapahoe, and Adams County Bar Associations, and an active member of the Elder Law and Trust & Probate Sections of the Colorado Bar Association. During his spare time, Brian enjoys hiking, climbing, and playing hockey.
Daniel Leppert, Associate Attorney
Daniel is an attorney in the Denver metro area with experience in a wide range of legal disciplines including personal injury, real estate, transactional and energy law. He is passionate about helping clients with problems both big and small.
Daniel earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 2005 and his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School in 2008. After working as a personal injury attorney for a number of years, Daniel shifted his focus and obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Denver in Environmental and Natural Resources Law in 2013. Since then, Daniel has focused primarily on real estate, energy and transactional law.
Daniel joined the Baker Law Group in 2018 as an associate. He is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Georgia and is a member of the Colorado and Aurora Bar Associations and of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association. He lives in Aurora with his wife and two sons and he enjoys hiking, camping, skiing, and, occasionally, returning to the east coast where he grew up for some beach time and salt water fishing.
Christopher M. Adams, Law Clerk
Originally from Southern California, Chris earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver in 2010, majoring in History and Art History, and obtained his Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston in 2015. While earning his JD, Chris focused on criminal law, governmental law and Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
While at New England Law Boston, Chris was Vice President of the school’s Federal Bar Association, and worked with the Massachusetts Inspector General’s Office, Middlesex District Attorney’s Office and Colorado’s 19th Judicial District as a student attorney. In addition to working in the governmental sector he was able to work with the Law Office of Julie Latimer assisting in Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning in Massachusetts. He also coached the Commonwealth Current, a USA Swimming Team.
Chris joined Baker Law Group in March of 2018 when he moved back to Denver. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. Chris has a passion for coaching and is a swim coach for the Colorado STARS and a collegiate water polo referee. Chris also enjoys hiking, skiing, mountain biking, watching movies, and reading.
Jacqueline P. Rowley, Law Clerk
Jacqueline is a licensed attorney in the state of Utah and candidate for the Colorado State Bar. She is a law clerk with Baker Law Group.
Jacqueline graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in December 2015. While in law school, Jacqueline focused on Wills, Trusts, and Estates and juvenile and family law. Jacqueline clerked in the area of Estate Planning and assisted attorneys in advising individuals seeking family law counsel. Jacqueline volunteered as a mediator for small claims court cases, landlord/tenant disputes, and juveniles at the Slate Canyon Detention Center in Provo, UT.
After graduating, Jacqueline volunteered as a judicial fellow for the Honorable Paula Patrick in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Jacqueline was awarded the Mary Alice Woolley Public Service Fellowship and completed her time as an Attorney Fellow at Philadelphia Legal Assistance in the Low Income Tax Payer Clinic. While there, Jacqueline helped clients successfully navigate Federal tax audits, appeals, and collection cases, as well as petition the U.S. Tax Court.
Jacqueline enjoys living in Denver, Colorado and welcomes the opportunity to focus her practice on Elder law. Jacqueline is a member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and is passionate about assisting clients in finding the best available option for their situation.
Jacqueline enjoys reading, recording her family’s history, and playing tennis. She enjoys hiking in Colorado’s beautiful outdoors. Most of all, she loves to spend time with her family and friends
Emily M. Woodhull, Paralegal
Emily is an experienced legal assistant dedicated to serving each client with care as they navigate their legal matter. She grew up in Minnesota and graduated from Bethel University, St. Paul, majoring in English Literature and Writing and English Education. After several years as a secondary English teacher, she made the transition to the legal field, which she found to be an excellent fit. Since then, she has worked as a legal assistant for Kennedy & Kennedy Law Office and Lanners & Olson, P.A. in Minnesota where she gained experience in a number of legal areas before moving to Colorado and joining Baker Law Group. She enjoys the variety of people and work that she encounters in this position.
Outside of the office, Emily spends her time exploring the outdoors, hiking, camping, running, reading, walking her dog, and completing freelance writing and editing projects.

Jereme knew that by starting his own practice he could be more effective in helping people deal with their legal challenges. Beginning with Criminal Defense, Jereme has since expanded the practice into the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship and Conservatorship, and Medicaid.
